Mozzarella Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 loaf fresh bread
    melted margarine
    garlic salt
    1 jar pizza sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Using biscuit cutter, cut out the center of each slice of bread.
    Press center of bread gently with fingertips to form an indention.
    Fill with 1 level tablespoon of grated cheese.
    Fold in half.
    Use a fork to press edges and seal.
    Brush tarts with melted butter.
    Sprinkle garlic salt on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Turn over and bake 5 minutes more.
    Dip in pizza sauce to use as appetizers.
