No Bake Cherry Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    about 36 cherries (maraschino with stems)
    graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, blend sugar, butter, milk and vanilla until smooth.
    Stir in coconut and chill for 1 hour.
    Drain cherries on paper towel.
    After mixture has chilled, shape about 1 tablespoon around cherry.
    Leave stem showing.
    Dip in graham cracker crumbs about 2/3 from bottom.
    Refrigerate until served.
    May be made ahead and frozen.
