Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. pecan halves
9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar, corn syrups, butter and vanilla. Add chopped nuts and pour into pie shell.
Arrange pecan halves over filling.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake 45 minutes more.
