Veal Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal stew
    1 lb. spring onions
    3 bay leaves
    1/2 lb. tomatoes
    4 oz. olive oil
    pinch of pepper
    garlic as desired
    salt as desired
Preparation
    Wash and peel onions.
    Cut veal stew into pieces.
    Combine veal and onions in a casserole dish.
    Add salt, bay leaves, pepper, olive oil, peeled and chopped tomatoes, garlic and enough water to cover.
    Cook, covered.
    Stew for about one hour over low heat.
