Nippy Corned Beef "N" Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. can corned beef, shredded
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
    3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. snipped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Shape into balls.
    Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate until ready to use.
    Remove 30 minutes before serving.
    Roll in parsley until completely coated. Serve with assorted crackers.
