Chicken And Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 or 2 c. brown rice
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 or 4 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken. Put rice and bouillon cubes in large pan; add water. Place chicken on top of rice in the water. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Remove cover and let chicken brown during the last few minutes.
