My Mama'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 big can (19 oz.) Gebhardt chili (no beans)
24 El Rey brand corn tortillas
1/2 moon Kraft Longhorn mild cheese
Comino mix spices (already smashed)
1 can enchilada sauce (Gebhardt, 10 oz.)
onion, if preferred
Preparation

Grate cheese and chop onion.
Steam meat with a little bit of grease.
Remove excess fat.
Add spices.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add chili.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Fry corn tortillas in hot oil until soft.
Lay aside.
Fill tortillas with preferred amount of meat, cheese and onion.
Fold snugly and place in pan.
Do all tortillas until pan is filled.
Heat enchilada sauce and pour over enchiladas in pan.
Sprinkle grated cheese over enchiladas until they are completely covered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
