Lemony Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Set aside.
In medium bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually beat in Jell-O.
Fold toping into cheese mixture.
Spoon into crust.
Needs no cooking.
Chill 4 hours or until firm.
Serve topped with cherry pie filling.
