Gourmet Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
    3 c. turkey broth or chicken broth
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen French-style green beans
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. crumbled parsley
    2/3 c. half and half
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Add onions and cook until transparent.
    Stir in curry powder.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in green beans, turkey, oregano and parsley.
    Continue cooking 15 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
    Combine milk and flour; stir in gently until well blended.
    The soup should be slightly thickened.
    Makes 6 servings.
