Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can tomatoes, mashed and drained
1 or 2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
Press into skillet.
Layer with tomatoes and cheese.
Cook over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
