Esther Pedigo'S Hawaiian Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
    2/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine all but pineapple and coconut.
    Beat until smooth. Add pineapple and coconut.
    Pour in shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
