Ruth'S Quick Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    2 onions
    3 to 4 potatoes
    5 carrots
    salt and pepper
    steak seasoning
Preparation
    Season hamburger meat and make round balls.
    Place in a baking dish lined with foil and add sliced potatoes, onions and carrots. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning.
    Cover with foil and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 5 or 6.
