New Mexico Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (12 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese (16 oz.)
    1/2 lettuce
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 c. oil
    1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Cut round steak into small cube pieces; brown until done and add salt, ground oregano and garlic powder.
    Add sauce to meat; simmer for 15 minutes.
