Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 tsp. basil
    2 small zucchini, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    2 c. beef bouillon
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. broken spaghetti
Preparation
    Slice sausage and brown in oil.
    Add onions, garlic, carrots and basil.
    Cook 5 minutes, then add zucchini, tomatoes, bouillon and cabbage and bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add beans and spaghetti and cook 20 minutes.
    (Noodles should be soft.)
