Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces cubed steak
    salt
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour and salt and pepper mixture thoroughly. Place steak in pan with hot oil; brown both sides.
    Simmer for 20 minutes with lid on.
    Add all remaining flour to pan.
    Scrape dish off in pan.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water.
    Simmer an additional length of time (10 minutes).
    Gravy will thicken and lumps will come out as stirred.
