Nut Bread(This Recipe Is Over 60 Years Old) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour 1 large size loaf pan.
    Add a little of the flour to the chopped nuts to keep them from sinking to the bottom. Beat yolks and whites separately.
    Slowly add the sugar, milk and vanilla to the yolks.
    Sift remaining flour and baking powder together.
    Add dry ingredients, nuts and then the beaten egg whites.
    Makes 1 large size loaf pan.
    Let stand in pan 20 minutes before baking.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
