Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. grated Brick cheese
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach to directions on box and squeeze out water.
    Beat eggs.
    Melt butter; stir in flour to make a smooth paste.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stir in spinach.
    Fold in cheeses, salt and pepper.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes until bubbly in 350\u00b0 oven for glass pan and 375\u00b0 for metal pan.
