Battered Fish - Deep Fried - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 beaten egg white
Preparation
    Drain fish dry on paper towel and roll in seasoned flour.
    Fold egg white into oil, yeast and warm water batter.
    Mix fish with batter and deep fry in Crisco oil or any cooking oil.
