Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh cooked broccoli (do not overcook), drained well
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Turn cooked broccoli into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle cubed cheese over broccoli.
Pour 1/2 of melted butter over broccoli and cheese.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over top.
Pour the rest of melted butter over the crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
