Greek Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 slices brown toasted bread, moistened and crumbled
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 eggs
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. fresh mint, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
dash of Italian seasoning
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
flour
oil
Preparation

Blend all ingredients lightly in large bowl; wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Roll mixture, 1 teaspoon at a time, into balls.
Roll in flour and brown evenly in oil until done.
Drain on paper towel.
