Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread, spread with butter and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Brown sausage, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well.
    Spoon over bread and sprinkle with cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk and salt together.
    Pour over cheese. Cover casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
