Steak And Foil Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chuck steak (1-inch thick)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. water
3 medium potatoes, cut up
3 medium carrots, quartered
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place 24 x 18-inch piece of heavy foil in baking pan; place meat on foil.
Season as desired.
Stir together mushroom soup and onion mix.
Spread 1/2 evenly on meat.
Top meat with vegetables; sprinkle water on vegetables.
Add remaining mushroom soup mix over vegetables; fold foil over and seal.
Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
