Coconut Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed, unsweetened pineapple (undrained)
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) nonfat sour cream
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
    fresh pineapple, grapes and strawberries, melon or other fruit
Preparation
    In a blender, combine first 4 ingredients; cover and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with fruit. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
