Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. beef drippings
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. cooked roast beef, cubed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat drippings in a 2-quart casserole with microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
    Add onions, potatoes and paprika.
    Cover and cook 3 minutes.
    Add meat, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook 3 minutes.
    Add a small amount of the water to cornstarch, stirring until cornstarch dissolves.
    Add cornstarch mixture and remaining water to casserole.
    Cover and cook 12 to 14 minutes.
    Recipe yields 4 servings.
