Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped broccoli
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, salt, water and margarine.
    Cook until almost dry, about 15 minutes.
    Add soup, milk, cheese and rice.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Put into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle top with crackers or bread crumbs.
    (May used canned French fried onion rings instead of bread crumbs.)
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
