Skillet Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can onion soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet and pour off fat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add soup, water, celery and thyme.
    Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup rice.
    Cook 20 minutes, covered.
