Turkey And Rice Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long-grain and wild rice
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
    4 c. chopped, cooked turkey breast (skinned before cooking and without salt)
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; set aside.
