Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole, boneless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
4 oz. chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
paprika and fresh parsley
Preparation

Split chicken breasts.
Wrap each in a bacon strip.
Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with shredded, chipped beef. Arrange chicken on top of beef.
Blend sour cream and soup.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika, edge pan with parsley.
(May be refrigerated up to 2 days now.)
Bake uncovered at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
(Do not refrigerate covered with aluminum foil because of mushroom soup.)
