Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs or 6 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg, if desired
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 2/3 c. milk
    1 uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly with rotary beater.
    Add next 4 ingredients, then beat in milk.
    Place in pie shell.
    Bake first 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, next 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
