Natto Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton natto
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 rounded tsp. flour
    1 heaping tsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic (optional)
    soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. safflower or olive oil
Preparation
    Lightly beat an egg in a medium sized bowl; sprinkle in the flour.
    Mix with chopsticks or fork, then add the natto, stirring to separate the beans as much as possible.
    Stir in the onion and garlic (if using).
