Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Stir apples and sugar together.
Add dry ingredients and stir well.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir into apple mixture.
Stir in dry ingredients and pecans.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
