Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add oil and eggs; mix well.
Stir in strawberries and nuts.
Pour into three greased and floured large loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Good when spread with strawberry cream cheese to make sandwiches.
