Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, shredded (not peeled)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nut meats
    1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.), not drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat all together.
    Put into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
