Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafers
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar (1/4 with cream cheese, 1/4 with egg whites)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, melted in double boiler
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Crust:
Combine crumbs and butter.
Press into bottom of 9 or 9 1/2-inch spring-form pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
