Crab And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat, chopped
    1 c. frozen peas, blanched for 1 minute and drained
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. hot curry powder
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. drained capers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; chill for several hours or overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
