Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. dried beef
Preparation
    Grate cheese and add chopped onions, butter, salt and mix well.
    Pat mixture into a ball.
    Roll in dried beef.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Great for parties.
