Peanut Butter Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
raisins (if desired)
Preparation

Combine flour, both sugars, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat eggs, oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Add to dry ingredients and blend. Stir in carrots, chips and nuts (raisins). Pour into greased
and floured 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
