Oriental Crab Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. crab (fresh or frozen), chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 egg, beaten
cornstarch
oil (for frying)
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except egg, cornstarch and oil.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in cornstarch, then in beaten egg.
Drop into hot oil and fry until golden. Drain and keep warm until served.
Good with cocktail sauce or a white horseradish sauce.
Makes 4 dozen.
