Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and hot (about 3 lb.)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream and margarine.
    Beat well.
    Mix in sour cream.
    Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until lightly brown.
