Sweet And Crunchy Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz. each) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In bowl, combine sauerkraut, celery, green pepper and onion.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and oil, stir until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over kraut mixture, toss, cover and chill 3 to 24 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
