Clairmont Diner Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) head cabbage
    3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    2 green peppers, diced
    1 large white Bermuda onion, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Kosher salt
Preparation
    Mix and marinate for 3 days.
    Stir often.
