St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean with sage)
    2 pkg. Lipton noodle soup
    1/2 c. raw rice
    4 1/2 c. water
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Boil rice with soup and water in pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
