Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into oval patties.
    Brown on both sides in butter.
    Combine soup and water and pour over and around meat.
    Cook slowly in covered skillet for 25 minutes.
