Lemon Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. cold water
2/3 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and cake mix together.
Add water, oil and lemon juice.
Beat on low speed of mixer for 3 minutes.
Add whole eggs, one at a time mixing well after each egg.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for approximately 35 minutes at temperature indicated on cake mix box.
