Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
3 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, slightly thawed or 2 c. fresh broccoli
2 c. thinly sliced carrots
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add flour; stir in milk and chicken broth and bring to boil.
Add the chicken soup, broccoli and carrots.
Salt and pepper to taste.
(It is easier to precook carrots in microwave so they will be tender earlier.)
Add 1 can of crabmeat, if desired.
