Good For You Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oleo or Crisco
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. flour
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, peanut butter or butterscotch chips or a mixture of the chips
    1 c. peanut butter, coconut, wheat germ or dry milk
Preparation
    Mix together well the brown sugar, oleo or Crisco, soda, salt, vanilla, eggs and flour. Stir in 1 cup flour, oatmeal and chocolate chips.
    Add the peanut butter, coconut, wheat germ or dry milk (add only one).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
