Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans yellow hominy
garlic salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can peppers

Preparation

Combine hominy, margarine, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Heat until margarine is melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and put into casserole dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
