Apple Open - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. tart apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of nutmeg
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Peel and slice apples in water with 1 tablespoon lemon juice in it.
    Drain apples.
    Fold dry ingredients into apples.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cream butter and brown sugar.
    Cut in 3/4 cup flour.
    Sprinkle over apples in pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    If browns too much, reduce heat.
