Christmas Day Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 generous c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices white bread with crust, cubed
7 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch casserole pan and line with cubed bread. Beat eggs with milk and mustard.
Layer bread with sausage, cheese and egg mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
