Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen or large bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine or butter
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Put broccoli in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix mayonnaise, onion, eggs and soup.
Pour over broccoli.
Melt margarine in pan and add roll of crushed crackers.
Heat until browned.
Top dish with crackers.
Cook in preheated oven (350\u00b0) for 35 minutes.
